Manufacturing Facility

Our manufacturing facility was incorporated in June, 2016 in the outskirt of Chennai in South India. Our 18,000 square-foot factory building has the capability to manufacture 100 million cards. We have world class, state-of-the-artequipment KBA Metronic Genius 52, Buerkle Laminator, YMJ and Ulian lines for production of cards, through which we provide services in the areas of printing, lamination, chip implanting andpersonalization.

Compliance with Industry Standards

Our state-of-the-art card manufacturing facility has been built in compliance with internationally certified specifications. Our facility has ISO certification, and we are in the process of getting accredited by Visa and MasterCard. We have put in place international best practices to ensure maximum quality assurance and data integrity – thus making sure that our clients’ data and reputation are fully protected.
